In a brand new trailer for the spinoff, released on Oct. 29, Khloe gets a splinter in her butt — they’re in the Hamptons, people! — and none other than Scott Disick comes to the rescue.

“You’ve gotta get that ass splinter out,” he says, willingly going in for it, as Khloe drops her silky pajama pants. “I found it!”

Kourtney also brings attention to her nether regions in the new promo. “I have an itchy vagine,” she tells Khloe.
