LADY Gaga's dog walker Ryan Fischer was seen for the first time since being released from the hospital after the shooting that left him with a collapsed lung.
In late April, the two men who shot Ryan and the woman who allegedly "found" the dogs after they were kidnapped have been arrested in connection to the crime.

On Thursday afternoon, Ryan was spotted hanging out with a couple of friends as they breathed in some fresh air from an apartment balcony.
The tall dog walker was with two other women as he went out to the balcony to talk to them and water the plants that were on the ledge.
He was wearing a brown hat, which kept the sun out of his eyes, a white long-sleeve button-up, and capri pants with white palm leaves on them.
He completed the look with a brown belt that matched his hat, an Apple Watch, and beads around his neck.

His shirt was slightly open, exposing his chest and he rocked a full beard.
He was distractingly talking to his friends and spending some time outside before he noticed the photographers and smiled, waving at them.
This is the first time that the Los Angeles dog walker has been seen since he was released from the hospital on March 29 after being shot on February 25 when he was walking Gaga's three dogs and two were stolen.

Ryan was shot four times in the chest as the robbers made their getaway.
He was then listed in critical condition but improved almost immediately as Gaga and her family pled with the gunmen to return her dogs and said Ryan didn't deserve to get shot.
The dogs were eventually returned to a police station by a mystery woman who said she found the two stolen French bulldogs tied to a post days after the attack.

However, it wasn't until a week later when Ryan returned to the hospital with more complications.
His lung had collapsed, as he admitted in an Instagram post: “Along with accepting the the news that I was about to be readmitted, several nurses and doctors told me how they had been in the room when I came in with my gunshot.
“How they didn’t think I was going to make it.”

Once he was back at the facility, he said his lung collapsed once again, even with “the new chest tube poking at my insides.”
After it continued to collapse, over and over again, doctors realized “the bullet wound had scarred [his] tissue like a burn."
He ended up having to have surgery to remove portions of his injured lung.
A month after Ryan was released from the hospital, police arrested five people and they were charged in connection to the dognapping of Gaga’s two French Bulldogs.

Three suspects, who are documented gang members — James Jackson, 18, Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette Whaley, 27 — were charged with attempted murder and armed robbery.
They reportedly went after the bulldogs because of their high value and did not know they belonged to Gaga.
The pop star had offered a $500,000 reward for the return of her dogs but was told by police to not yet pay it to the woman who “found” her pups.
They were suspicious of the woman, who was said to be named Jennifer McBride, and wanted to look into her, and she has since been arrested, as well.

The outlet reported that Jennifer was in a relationship with Harold White, who is Jaylin's father and also a gang member.

Harold has also been arrested, and both he and Jennifer are being accused of acting as accessories after the fact.
Bail for all of the suspects was set at $1million.
