Niall Matter is a Canadian-American actor. After recovering from a serious accident while working on an oil rig, Matter chose to pursue a full-time acting career. He received his first significant rest in 2007, starring in the teenage film The Best Years. Later that year, he joined the cast of Eureka as evil genius Zane Donovan. In 2009, he had a small supporting role in Zack Snyder's film Watchmen. He then played Evan Cross in the 2012 Primeval: New World short series.
